This is about an ISP news today 网际策略：钱、内容与创意是ISP生存3C之道　根据全球网路杂志报导，SeedNet总经理程嘉君表示，台湾ISP 将呈现大者愈大，小者愈小的局面，目前台湾经营ISP有三个「C」是相当重要的，第一个C就是「钱(Capital)」，有钱才能气长，如果没有大笔资金援助，实在没有长期抗战的本钱；第二个C是「内容(Content)」，内容除了需要长期规划外更应经常更新；第三个C则是「创意(Creation)」，这是做任何行销策略都需要的。台湾网站在资金与行销创意上均有相当基础，唯有内容需要加强。例如台湾恩益禧未来将依循日本NEC的模式，提供卡拉OK、职棒比赛转播、网上摄影机(提供最新路况与天气 )等服务，另外也将与外商合作，在网路上进行电脑软体教学。面对大型ISP的强势，NEC 也将做一区隔策略，唯价格较高是其劣势，不过反过来说，也因其以价制量可以达到隔绝网路壅塞之目的，未尝不是一个卖点。
