New class-action lawsuits. Two new class-action suits were filed against Microsoft late last week. Defeat could cost Microsoft hundreds of millions in consumer refunds and punitive damages. As AnchorDesk predicted months ago, suing Microsoft has become the next growth industry. And it was the company's own arrogant stupidity that put it into the cross-hairs of every hungry attorney in America.
