I dont agree Vic, if the company news on FNET is doing this good then by all means work this out with Investment company and get it to market. I thought after my conservations with FTEL that May would be the latest, but who knows? I haven't the foggiest if they plan to push it back for better financial results.
If it were my company, I would get FTEL listed by end of April on NASDAQ Small cap and then use this as leverage for an IPO in late May. I agree that the news is only going to get better for both, but I think now is the time to strike for FTEL-Nasdaq with news covering a broader spectrum then after a month or so, the IPO of FNET comes into play. But the plan is already set with the paperwork in place so the most I would think of time involved is 60 days with FNET and FTEL in that 30 day period listed.
