It is my understanding that Tom Simpson, President of AMCI was the original cofounder of TMMI. He left TMMI during major conflict, then returned and merged the two companies in Oct, 1997. Then he may have unmerged the 2 for another deal that may or may not be off. So we need to clarify the relationship now, how much $$/shares of TMMI is owed Tom/AMCI, and what the relationship between the 2 are now. We need a clarifying press release, as everyone's understanding differs. CS
