I think that investors who may be interested in IBIS are somewhat unclear about the licensing structure and resulting potential revenues. On the surface, the advantages of the technology are great, and with IBM in the vanguard position on utilization, one might expect great returns. But, how is Ibis to be paid? On a per implanter basis, or a per chip basis?

Also, IBM is touting the technology as their own. This would lead me to believe that there will be only small gains from IBM's use of the technology.

Ironically, when I first stumbled onto this stock, I expect another Rambus to evolve.
