I can provide no insight as to the personal feelings of Junipers exec's towards either Cisco or LU. It's my sense that they'd prefer to go it alone and not be managed by a large company. So you question of "the better of two evils" is difficult to answer. IMO they will IPO and if they decide to take an offer they'll take the one that produces the best result for their employee's...peronsal feelings will be set aside.
