Check out FSCX thread,,,looks like this one is going to make it out of chapter 11, and head back to the $6-8 range (ASSSSuming it does). You might want to throw a few bucks on a speculative buy. Accumulation for last several days hints they are going to do it...
(Of course, with any ch11,,,FEAR THE HALT!)
My take on it is,,,for less than a buck and a half, this stock is gaining mo, and mm's are walking it up very solidly. New contract with Virginia is solid,,,rumors look inviting (more contracts, etc).
And imo, it'll pay off BIG or BUST!!
I picked up some last week, price still rising,,,even on low volume.
