In the first week of January when the stock was about $.06, W. Shaw told me that big things were coming including a few acquisitions and an underwriting in that order. I asked him about the fact that there were 40 million shares. He said that 30 Million were held in escrow and that a stock consolidation would not come 'til long after the underwriting. Subsaquently I heard either from him or from Musgrove that the underwriting would be at about $6.00. I can't remember exactly where I heard this or how authentic it was but that was the figure mentioned. I am big time long and haven't sold a share. What is your source of information and why do you keep posting . You seem to be knowlegable but always positive. If everything is so good, then why is the stock dropping today.
