here's excerpt from wsj "...LSI said Seeq shareholders will receive 0.1095 LSI Logic common shares for each Seeq share. LSI shares closed at $27.25 Friday, meaning the deal values each Seeq share at about $2.98 apiece. Seeq closed at 2.0313 Friday..."
