Yes you are missing something, KRT only gets 25% of 17bil, plus that is potential in the ground. The China deal is active. Don't get me wrong at present it might not be worth what looks like 50% of KRT stock but I don't think just FALC is enough to base the company on, they needed to diversify, and to my thinking that's what it looks like they are doing with the China deal.
Once again we could start trading value numbers back and forth but I'm not sure we can put honest accurate numbers to everything, so I think we might be comparing apples to oranges.

As a side note take a look at the action today, I think a few more people besides my self think the China deal is OK
