PHILADELPHIA (Dow Jones)--Auction Television Network Inc. (ATVW) named Mark J. Kadesh chief financial officer. The company also named William M. McLaughlin acting chief operating officer under a consulting agreement. In a press release Friday, Auction Television said Kadesh had been chief financial officer at Axiom Inc. (AXIM). McLaughlin is a private consultant and investor. The company also formed an advisory board to accelerate its business plan. Auction Television Network has an Internet site and is planning a national cable television launch for the 1999 second quarter.
