WARMINSTER, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Auction Television Network Inc. (ATVW) completed
the private placement of $1 million in stock, or 500,000 shares.
The company has about 11.7 million shares outstanding, a company spokesman
said.
Proceeds from the placement will help finance the restructuring of the
company, the spokesman added.
In a press release Wednesday, the company also said it hired Harmonic Research
Inc., New York, to provide investment banking services and assist in corporate
funding.
Harmonic Research provides research, brokerage and portfolio management
services. It trades on the over the counter Bulletin Board.
