WARMINSTER, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Auction Television Network Inc. (ATVW) named
William M. McLaughlin chief executive.
In a press release Wednesday, Auction Television Network said McLaughlin
replaces Edward Stanojev, who will remain president and chief operating
officer.
As reported Dec. 18, Auction Television named McLaughlin acting chief
operating officer under a consulting agreement.
McLaughlin is a private consultant and investor.
The company said it also named Michael H. Schoen to its board of advisers.
Schoen is an executive vice president at J.P. Morgan & Co. (JPM).
Auction Television Network has an Internet site to link auctioneers and
bidders, and plans a national cable television launch for the second quarter of
1999.
