WARMINSTER, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Auction Television Network Inc. (ATVW) shareholders approved a change in the company's name to Bidnow.com to reflect its focus on its online auction business. The company's ticker symbol on the over-the-counter bulletin board is now BIDN. In a press release Friday, the company said it plans to unveil an enhanced auction Web site on or before March 15.
