Bob Thank you and Andy for your responses. They really helped my understanding of the indicator, but I am still having a problem with the Q+ application.
Most TA'ers on the threads appear to use MSWIN, WOW, etc for TA. I, however, use Q+ as my data source as well as my primary TA tool. I have been following the advice of using a simpler tool to get well grounded in the basic indicators, MACD, Stochastic Oscillators, RSI, MA's, OBV, etc.
When I apply Jerry Gatto's (I follow his posts religiously as I seem to think along his lines) 7-3-10 stochastic in Q+ and compare it to one of his examples from his old P* home page, I appear to get significantly different results.
Would you mind entering a 7-3-10 in your Q+ and comparing it to Jerry's example of GA. Jerry's chart on GA is located at pages.prodigy.com.
Any comments would be appreciated.
