Tim, Does look like it. Has it hit $23 yet??? Volume is way up too. Tempting as a TDT, however I have gotten a little wary of buyout rumors in the networking space. They seem to rotate every other week or so. I think the last one was PAIR. It would not surpise me to see XYLN sucked up. Tom
