I had been told to watch this stock a few weeks ago by a friend... he said it could either fly, or sink rapidly... So I watched, and waited, and didn't buy...
All of a sudden today, it popped more than 50% (from 3 to 4 7/8 and has backed off a bit...) Major positive announcement of an alliance with IBM...
Conference call scheduled for Tuesday AM...
I've attached two releases, one, a Conference Call Invitation and the other, the actual agreement announcement.
Cheers...
Eric

IBM to Integrate EnlightenDSM into UNIX Suites for Solaris and AIX
Enlighten Software Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFTW), a provider of workgroup administration and enterprise management solutions for UNIX and Windows, and IBM today announced that they have entered into a licensing agreement for Enlighten's flagship product, EnlightenDSM.
