"done deal" was interpretive talk ..read the posts back..it then went to "going very well" de[pends on who answered the phone...a deal is going on and they have to Mar 4 to finish. A financer may use that date to have pressure to negotiate in their favour. IMO if the deal doesn't make it they can ask for an extension to the date, but they will need someone on standby for a court to approve it.
