Well...Last year the write offs were related to a purchase and
towards the end of the year layoffs. As long as they don't buy any
more companies or get rid of more people or.. whatever.. the write offs will cease. The write offs for the purchases aren't affecting the price of the stock. The failure to execute, poor management, manufacturing problems, and general disarray are what have driven the price so low.
