Here is one that I think qualifies. IPVC is an unnoticed newbee. Up 34.65% today with low volume. The SI thread advertises a 1.7m float. They are a voice over IP company that should be deploying to several countries within a week or two. Their products have been tested and are ready for action. I called the VP last week and he said they will deploy as soon as they have enough bandwidth. That could be any day now.
