Tom, I went back and reread your post 1236. TO be honest when I first read it I really didn't need it yet but today I see how the Lord helped me over a big hurdle. I would like to share with you that Jesus IS my champion. It is my desire that I should give him glory for getting me by the past few days; I am so thankful I made it to today. Sometimes , even a day makes a wonderful difference and this is one of those days. Many times we wish the Lord to put us on an accelerated path to blessings without also putting us on an accelerated pathway to personal improvement. I asked the Lord to do this several months ago and He is turning the heat up in several areas of my life. It is always painful to find out just how lacking we are in God's eyes. God has been doing this to me lately and I told Him yesterday in church that I felt SO EMPTY !! His response was that He has created the emptiness with what He removed but that it shall also be Him to fill the void that He created. So please say a prayer for me ; it is never an easy thing when the Lord turns up the speed on His lathe, gets out a fresh sheet of His gritty sandpaper and bears down a little..........In Christ.gregor
