And I was referring to your history of analyzing this stock. For 6 months you have been telling people your "short" story. You have blasted the mgmt, blasted the research analysts, pulled apart every 10q,k etc, denounced their technology as outdated and soon to be rendered obsolete, ignored their intellectual property claims, and PREDICTED ABSOLUTE BANKRUPTCY within a year. You have claimed their stock will ultimately be ZERO and have shorted it at times in the low teens at least and possibly in the single digits. So how do you have the balls to criticize a deal which at the very worst sells stock at 14.25 { Correct me if i'm wrong but didn't you think it was a sell at 14.25??] and at the very best creates HUGE opportunities with the JV and enough cash to GUARANTEE the profitability of the IT Network??? Factually challenged??? You wouldn't know a fact if it hit you in the face.
