From the PDF file these are the operating core voltages.
Minimum-2.3v
Typical 2.4v
Maximum 2.5v

Well, it appears that it will run at 2.3v but I have to admit, AMD has to be a little desperate for yields to push out a chip at 2.4 volts when the same core K6-2-400 runs at 2.2 volts.
If you process guys could quit butt slapping for a minute maybe you could explain why they need 2.4 on a K6-3-400 and only 2.2 on the
K6-2-400...
