I remember hearing last week that AG gave a speech before a rotary / chamber group (not sure what type of group). There was no indication on rates. Normally AG prepares the markets for any moves and he would have started b/4 tomorrow. Ike is the best here at reading AG. Watches reports like purchasing managers index and others to forecast what Fed will do.
