Well, it's a good thing stocks move 3-6mos ahead of reality.<g> I never wrong anyone for cut-n-run investing....it's the smart thing to do...quite while your ahead is always good advice. I just make tons of money buying companies that have had a hard time...The best times to buy are when things appear to be darkest. The largest gains are achieved when visibility becomes clearer. And I feel things just became brighter here. not much downside now... Best... Jeff
