Bob,
If they announce another delay, they will lose a great deal of credibility with NAVR investors, which could negatively affect the price...This would lower the share price base from which NAVR would have to rise when the IPO actually gets filed, which would in turn inhibit what would have otherwise been a much higher IPO price peak, which will in turn negatively affect the NAVR management team's expectations for a high return on the sales of NAVR they have filed for...Not to mention what it will do to us longs!!!...How is that for a Rube Goldberg set of consequences (Anybody out there remember Rube Goldberg??)...
