I used to go crazy about losing a long posting on which I had labored with real thought. It is so frustrating that it takes the wind out of trying again, doesn't it?

If you using Windows (some of us are on Unix, I've found, and suggestions from Windows users leave them mystified--and vice versa), and your ISP drops you on your head, quickly save what you hae written by doing an Edit/Copy. It will still be there when you reconnect, no matter how many permutations reconnecting may involve.
