Neil, Your calcs. do not include realized recovery rate nor cost to mine, mill and smelter. What is the capital investment required, rate of return on investment and mine life? Is there enough ore to justify capital expenditure? These are all questions Noranda is trying to solve. Until they do, this is just another great opportunity. This story is most definitely one to watch very closely. And the stock will gap higher one day. Patience will likely be rewarded.
