NO conversion of any kind. There has been speculation on getting FNET shares if you own FTEL, but only speculation. Frank has given this some thought, but its nothing we can count on. You can purchase 20k of the FNET private placement, but this has nothing to do with FTEL.
** You own both to own seperate values. FTEL share holders do own 79% of FNET in value only, but you owning shares of FTEL does not meant that you will be getting FNET shares. The IPO has nothing to do with FTEL except for valuation only. But of course like Raleigh has said in earlier posts the street may not see this value for some time if at all. No way of knowing at this time. Hope this helps, if not then back date in the 3 & 4000's and reread Raleigh's posts on this subject.
