My own market research: I sent a buddy of mine (Yuppy office guy type) with no knowledge of this stock - probably never even seen the store (none here), the auction URL with the message "just opened" and nothing more. Now the guy likes to surf so I knew he'd check it out. That was an hour ago. 2 mins. ago he sent me his auction activity report for the day (available on the site) - he's bid on 10 items already!! To me, that says it all. If the company can reach the right people, who knows. And maybe some of these people, if outbid on something, will want it badly enough to pay full price. A lot of these guys are impulse buyers, I know I am. And not particularly price sensitive (to an extent).
