I kinda already factor these shares into the equation. We know they are going to sell, just like many of us will likely sell somewhere down the road.

MUCP just needs the news that would enable any sales to be easily consumed, whether those sales come from street name accounts or 144 filings.

We'll know more 45 days from now when those filings will have to be re-entered ("preparation to sell" filings must be filed again every 90 days). Then we'll know who sold and who didn't and how many of those shares went to new shareholders at higher prices.
