Take the Winstone numbers for Pentium II (Deschutes), then add 5%. According to Intel's own Winstone 99 benchmarks,

Pentium II 233 (Mobile Deschutes): 1.00 (scale)
Pentium II 266 (Mobile Deschutes): 1.06
Pentium II 266PE (Dixon): 1.11
Pentium II 300 (Mobile Deschutes): 1.10
Pentium II 300PE (Dixon): 1.16

(Note that these numbers are scaled Winstone 99 benchmark scores, not actual scores. In other words, all scores were divided by the results of Winstone 99 on a mobile Pentium II 233.)
