Perhaps I was not communicating correctly in my prior posts, but I feel the same way, basically that I was not shipped what I purchased.
My complaint is that took them over a week to respond, then they insist I am a liar and that they never offered a CD, but only a License. I sent them the same URL and statement that I sent you. That was early last week and they still have not responded, hence my comments on how they are not keeping up with consumer traffic.

I phoned my credit card company this afternoon and disputed the charge, but now I am curious as to just how long it will take them to respond to my last Service Request update. This is the type of "current activity" that is not reflected until the next numbers are made public.
