the valuation of fnet will have a similar added valuation to ftel. It might not be 100% and sell at a discount to market probably 70-90 %.If the discount becomes to great than I would petition frank to distribute the fnet shares to ftel holders but this speculation is years away. But yes you will see a substantial increase in the value of ftel on the successful ipo of fnet. take it to the bank but maybe only as i stated 70-90%.Example;pre ipo ftel at $25.00ggg,post ipo fnet $10. (for ease say ftel has 18000000fully diluted shares and its stake in fnet is 18mil.fnet shares or 1 for1)than multilpy .80%valuation x $10 =$8 +$25 = $33 for ftel. anybody for hawaii.
