Maxnet Announces MaxPlanet - Canada With Canadian Banner Services, Web-City - Canada - Corporation
FREEHOLD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 1999--Maxnet, Inc. (NASD-OTC BB:MXNT) announced today an agreement to launch MaxPlanet.com - Canada with Canadian Banner Services/Web-City Canada.
The terms of the agreement call for MXNT's site development for MaxPlanet - Canada to be divided into Canadian and global content. Web-City Canada will develop Canadian content while MXNT will supply the global content for the site. Canadian advertising revenues will be coordinated through Canadian Banner Services while MXNT will ensure that MaxPlanet - Canada is properly maintained and promoted.
