Given the boatload on new priced options - in the pennies for "new" -D stock (ie after the reverse split) and their bother about the stock price and stock listing.. with little description what they actually do... and the ongoing nasdaq delisting procedure (they will have a hearing in Feb. I was told - have to check that info).

THey have been notified of their noncompliance with nasdaq listing requirememnts (Small Cap Market) and one of their action is to increase the shareholders equity which can be done by either a sufficient Private Placement and/or preferred stock or a "noncash only redeemable" debenture.

However, I think it should falter. But that can fly by night if there is no "trigger" ie no shares must be sold by anyone (except the few 144er listings).
