Dear Druss
Thank you for replying. I wasn't able to reschedule my flight so I could see Lee. Just as well I guess, he would be so tempting and his wife sounds kind of assertive.
I have been trying a drink here they call Mesqal. It is really good, they make it out of cactus thorns. The only thing is they stick a worm in it that you are supposed to eat. I just can't imagine what they foreigners are thinking. It is just so disgusting, but I guess they really do eat those things though I am beginning to wonder now. I saved the ones from the bottles I drank and I had 30 or 40 of them and I thought I would give them to some of the locals here. So when I went down to the bar I just slipped one into everyone theres glass as a surprise. And I thought Yankees were bad, the way they carried on. I will never understand these people. If they are going to stick the damned worms in good liquor so they can eat them, why do they get upset when they have an opportunity to?
I hated to be wasteful but I just threw them out. I couldn't even feed them to the iguanas. That is some of the really good news. This place has iguanas every where. There is a huge one living in some brush and trees close to my balcony. He is so cute. He looks like an alligator he is so big but is very harmless and really friendly. I tried feeding him some of those worms but he wouldn't eat them either. One of the maids at the hotel said they eat fruit so I gave him some bananas and papaya. He loved them. I named him Iguanasaur and now I always look for him when I go out and toss him a piece of fruit.
Love and Kisses XXXXX
