*Citizens are on their own
* D.C. services will definitely fail
* Y2K could bring D.C. to a halt
* Very little arguing over the fact: D.C. is in trouble
* Priases to D.C. officials for telling the truth!
* No guarantee of public safety
* But there are few personal safety alternatives
* The city is about to violate its ultimate responsibility: assurance
of public safety

Richard,

Have you ever been to DC and spent a little time here??

Doing so will convince you that any Y2K disruption would be a continuation of the status quo.... <VBG>

Besides, I can't think of any City that could use martial law more than the Federal District of Columbia.

Regards,

Ron
