Looks like Bill has been busy...subscriptions start for "as low as $8.33/month".

I got a suggestion. What if CVIA got ahold of a quarterly shareholder list and provide those with over, say 1000 shares, a free subscription to the IPOsite for that next month.

This would prevent traders from cashing in since most would keep their shares in Street Name. At $3.00 per share, this would translate to just under 1% "equivalent quarterly" dividend of $25.00 for that 1000 share block.

I think that for $100 per year, a lot of investors would opt to buy the shares for the free (ok, the limited, cheaper access) IPOsite service. AND, for another 1500 shares, you can upgrade to the next level of service. AND for another 2500 shares, you get the full blown service...

Of course, this should be limited to individual investors. Institutional venture capitalists, MM, and the like will need to pay for the services <g>...

I must admit, currently all my shares are in Street Name, however, for an "incentive" such as this, I'd call my certs in.

just a thought...
