I am sorry but I do not agree that there are sugar plums here.

The question is how much (in Dollars) will ECD put in to the Universal Memory and when Universal Memory will turn a profit.

ECD already has two sugar plums, NiMH batteries and a-si PV panels, which, if the money being put in the Universal Memory, were put into these sugar plums would be much more profitable for the company and reach the Social Goals which Stan has always told us investors were a major part of ECD's goals. I can not see any Social Goal that the Universal Memory helps.

If ECD has enough money to protect its current patent inventory, market its 5MW PV plant output and invest in the Dayton NiMH plant to get production up to 2 battery packs a day, then I am wrong.
