Thanks! I appreciate the phone number and email addresses. Do not get me worng, I am not airing my complaint here just to voice a complaint or to resolve the problem. My concern is that I have bought many times from OnSale and have had a few problems, but they always were timely and fair at resolving them. What it appears now is that they have perhaps grown too large too fast and things have gotten out of control.

It has been declared here that one of the necessities of continued growth for this company is to keep repeat business and continue to get referrals. If this is how customer service is currently being handled, I do not think this very important ingredient is going to be there to sustain this growth, thereby affecting the numbers the stock price is based on.
