That court case is long gone. I have had this stock for quite a few years. I know I should have averaged down at .002 :-)
After watching this for many years and seeing the patterns in the moves and the falls this looks different to me. Or maybe it is the Internet trading that has caused this. Only time will tell. I do know that the old principles that were not involved in the old legal problems had good intentions for the company. Their problem came in selling shares to to non citizens that dumped over seas. My understanding is, that has all cleared up. According to the "Blue Book" at my brokers office, there are 15M shares outstanding.
