Hi again Actel has an exclusive marketing relationship for Gatefield's .25u and smaller FPGAs. They don't have an exclusive license for the technology which can be embedded in larger ASICs, etc. Also, they are already 6 months into a 2 or 3 year agreement. If Actel believes in this technology, others will too. I can see Actel making a decision to buy BEFORE they make too much money from GATE. Right now they have an inside look at what the technology can (& can't) do. Once the product is being shipped in volume, the whole world will be able to judge it's value. EZ
