CA, yes they fill either a 144 or a 144K depending if they have owned the stock for more than 1 year. If 1 year they are allowed to sell the greater of either 1% of the oustanding shares or the ave daily volume for the past 10trading days. If beyond 2 years there are no restricitons. Rob
