I owned a small amount of this dog last year on a gamble and finally gave up on it. Bad timing I guess, but there was/is NO financials (NOTHING!!), NO independently verifed share count (that I ever saw), NO interest in their websites (low number of hits, until now when investors here are checking them out), and finally NO information forthcoming from the company (literally a press release once every 6 months). A very very very shaky company. Congratulations to the loyal shareholders who held on and have won the lottery based on this mother of all pump and dumps.

Will the real "As Seen On TV" please stand up?
There is a aseenontv.com, seenontv.net, asontv.com, and asseenon.html just to name a few. All selling "As Seen on TV" products, but not all are run by ONTV.
It appears to me that there is no copyright on the red TV box with white letters that say "As Seen on TV". Seems like every Tom, Dick, and Harry with a web page on the internet looking to make a few extra bucks is selling "As Seen on TV" products. Just what makes a product qualify for the "As Seen on TV" label, can anybody put it on anything? Does ONTV get a cut of every sale made by these web sites (I am doubtful)?
Also, are you sure that the "As Seen on TV" kiosks you see at malls are actually run by ONTV. The previous post referred us to asontv.com which is run by a different company (Enternet Inc.) which says they have kiosks at malls. Maybe most of kiosks you see are run by Enternet Inc.???? I can't find a list of stores on ONTV's website. When I look at the "official" ONTV website which is aseenontv.com, it appears much more skewed toward snagging investors than it does in actually selling product.
I guess my point it, has anyone actually done any DD on this company other than taking the word of the CEO at face value. If so, can someone enlighten me. I have had a hard time finding any information about them. I know they aren't reporting. And they recently had a secondary stock offering.
