Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE:IM - news) and Tech Data Corp. (Nasdaq:TECD - news), the leading wholesale distributors of PCs, who sell CompaqPCs to Internet retailers, were asked by Compaq to quit selling PCs to the companies while it evaluates its online sales strategy.
