Rofl. Yes I have been to Compaq.com. I am intimately familiar with the fulfillment process at Dell (not Compaq) and I know Dell can move almost any product more cheaply than a non-automated competitor. Compaq is what I would consider to be non-automated. Similar to Amazon vs. Barnes and Noble. OK, manufacturing and distribution automation is my line of work so I don't expect everyone to think it is a big deal. I was just curious as to whether this entered into the mix. Again Dell is in the top 10 e-commerce sites and Compaq is not there, and it will never be there. Michelle
