I don't have the answer but since I'm holding stock, I am glad to finally see them move up. I think it may have to do with expansion of cable and phone service competition. Areas that were originally only served by one carrier are now possibly opening up markets to others which means more fiber must be bought to install new networks. The newcomers are also probably forcing existing players to go ahead with their plans to upgrade existing copper wire service. Let's hope the run up continues! I for one am tired of carrying a loss on this one. Any other input on the issue? I would like to hear other opinions...
