Further to the VSE notice dated Feb. 17, 1999, the company may obtain a 100
per cent interest in the Huskies project from 2973090 Canada Inc. (Glenn J.
Mullan).
The company may also obtain a 50 per cent interest in the Foreurs claim
block from Dumount Nickel Inc. (Dennis Clement, Stephen McIntyre, Thomas
Obradovich).
