You fail to disclose to investors on the Veronex thread that Veronex maintains a web site which has all of the information you suggest they read. Investor can simply visit veronex.com to get all of the information you suggest they should read. Further, Veronex does not seek exemption under any of the rules you mention, so what is the relevance? Why do you raise issues which have no relevance to Veronex?

Any interested investor can simply call Veronex at 800-500-3379 and give their name and address to receive free information about the company by mail. The Veronex information will include full financial statements with a complete Management Discussion and Analysis of Operations.

Your implications of Veronex having guilt by association with anyone are an attempt to discredit Veronex. Why don't you try being honest and giving full disclosure of your name and address and phone? My personal experience with deceitful people such as you is that you tend to be clever with a secret agenda. Why do you attempt to associate Veronex in a negative manner with so-called "pump and dump" schemes? Again, what is your agenda?

Veronex has the I|Nova System which is the next generation of software for mainframe and client-server computers. The Y2k problem is causing system failures and will cause many more system failures before the turn of the century. The I|Nova System is the best solution for the Y2k and to find out more, simply visit veronex.com

I for one would appreciate some due diligence information on you. Veronex has made all of the required disclosures, but you have not. The SI thread requires people who comment to give full disclosure so that the true nature of each person's agenda can be established. Again, what is your agenda?

Blessed, do you have any comments on that interesting piece??
